What are you going to do?

As Financial Coordinator, you are responsible for a broad range of financial activities. You ensure that the financial administration is in order and actively contribute to the improvement of processes and systems.

Your duties will include:

  • Processing and checking of the financial administration;
  • Managing and monitoring invoicing processes;
  • Drafting, processing and checking outgoing invoices;
  • Management of the debtors and creditors administration.;
  • Managing payments and monitoring outstanding items;
  • Assist with month-end, quarter-end and year-end closings;
  • Preparation of financial reports and analyses;
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement within financial processes;
  • Actively contributing to the further development and optimisation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central;
  • Assisting with implementation and digitisation projects;
  • Act as the point of contact for financial matters within the organisation.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a proactive and independent professional who looks beyond just administration.

You have:

  • A completed financial or business economics degree;
  • Experience within a financial administration or accounting role;
  • Knowledge of debtor and creditor management;
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central;
  • Experience with implementation, optimisation, or automation projects is a strong advantage.;
  • A precise and structured methodology;
  • Good communication skills.;
  • A hands-on mentality and the ability to take the lead when necessary.
