To support our growth, we are looking for an enthusiastic and accurate Financial Administrative Employee to strengthen our team in Zwanenburg.
Your role
As a Financial Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of financial administration.
You ensure that the invoicing for our completed orders runs smoothly and speak to customers professionally when they have queries.
Work
- Processing and invoicing executed orders in various systems (including Glasportaal, 4PS, and Dynamics).
- Drawing up credit notes and processing changes.
- Answering customers' financial queries.
- Processing and handling incoming emails.
- Assisting with other administrative and financial tasks.
What we ask
- MBO+ work and thinking level towards financial administration.
- Experience with invoicing and financial administration.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Accurate, independent and solution-oriented.
What we offer
- A full-time job from Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:30.
- A salary between €2,650 and €3,200 gross per month (depending on experience).
- 31 holiday days + 8% holiday pay.
